As a NIMHD Transdisciplinary Collaborative Center (TCC), HPRC collaborates with a regional consortium of academic institutions, community organizations, service providers and other stakeholders focused on health policy research and the social determinants of health. The regional consortium is vital to the HPRC mission because it provides a hub of scientific expertise and community insight.
Consortium members include community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, academic medical institutions, schools of public health, public health departments, policy partners, and clinical facilities. Consortium members provide an array of scientific support for HPRC’s policy research studies. Their activities include study design, implementation, dissemination, and stakeholder outreach.
